This compact & classic bar designed 3G phone is known as the Nokia 6700 Classic which comes in a choice of three coloured casings which enhances the classic look of this stunning handset. The three colours which the user has to choose from include a black coloured casing, chrome finished casing & a matt steel coloured casing. The 6700 Classic has no opening systems due to its bar shaped design which gives it a solid & sturdy feel. It weighs just over one hundred & sixteen grams & its overall dimensions are 11.2mm deep by 109.8mm high by 45mm wide. The overall size makes it an easy phone to carry & the user can enjoy single handed operation when inputting numeric or text input. The user can view all their incoming call details, messages & view colourful images on the QVGA screen. The screen provides a clear & colourful display which has a high screen resolution & displays up to 16.7 million colours for the user to enjoy when viewing images, pictures & videos. The Nokia 6700 Classic comes with a memory card slot which allows the user to insert an additional memory card up to eight gigabytes in size. The phone comes with one hundred & seventy megabytes of memory which in internal memory which allows the user to save data on their handset as well as on additional external memory.

The phone works over a quad band network which covers four GSM networks as well a HSDPA network. The user can enjoy up to five hours talk time from a fully charged battery over a GSM network or up to four hours talk time from their battery when talking over a 3G HSDPA network. The battery is a rechargeable battery which can be recharged via the phone power adapter & when not in use the battery will provide up to three hundred hours of battery standby time. The 3G HSDPA technology allows the user to enjoy high speed connectivity as well as multitasking skills on their handset. The Nokia 6700 Classic also supports EDGE technology, Bluetooth® wireless technology & USB connectivity.
