The Sony Ericsson a K330 is communication & user friendly focused mobile phone which comes with easy to use call, camera & music features. The handset is a solid bar designed mobile phone which is available in two colour options which include gold or green on a black coloured casing. The coloured accents add a metallic effect in the chosen colour option of either gold or metallic green. The K330 is from the popular Sony Ericsson K series which includes other mobile handsets including the Sony Ericsson K630i, Sony Ericsson K660i & the Sony Ericsson K770i. The K330 comes with a good size colour screen which provides a clear & colourful display for the user to view images, pictures & text on their screen. The screen is 1.7 Inches in size with a screen resolution of 128 pixels by 160 pixels. The overall size of the handset makes this mobile phone easy to carry as it is compact & light to carry. It weighs 75 grams & is 100mm by 45mm by 12mm deep which will fit in the users pocket when not in use.
A built in camera function allows the user to capture a quick shot when the user is out & about. The camera is a VGA camera complete with easy to use camera & imaging features which make it easy for the user to capture a quick snap. The Sony Ericsson K330 supports video recording via the VGA camera function. The user can record & play video on the K330. An integrated radio feature allows the user to enjoy FM & AM radio entertainment on this compact mobile phone. The radio feature supports RDS which allows the user to read on screen information which is sent to the handset & displayed on the phones screen for the user to read whilst listening to the radio feature. The RDS information is sent from the radio station & may be relevant to the song playing on the station.
The battery provided is a rechargeable battery which when fully charged can provide up to three hundred hours standby battery time or up to seven hours GSM talk time for the user. The phone covers a dual band network which covers GSM 900 & GSM 1800. The Sony Ericsson K330 supports Bluetooth® technology which allows the user to transfer files between the phone & other devices using a wireless connection between devices up to ten meters apart. The K330 comes with a WAP browser which is accessible from the main menu & allows the user to surf the Web on their mobile handset. The phone comes with ten megabytes of built in memory which allows the user to store contact details, messages & picture on the phones internal memory.
The K330 comes with a built in health mate feature which keep track of all the users weight, sports activities & calorie information. The phone comes with a phone book feature which can hold up to one thousand contacts at any one time. The Sony Ericsson K330 comes with time features which includes a stopwatch, timer & an alarm clock. The user can enjoy everyday features such as a calendar, calculator & a torch. The user can create, send, store & edit messages easily in this handset. The K330 supports SMS text messaging & MMS multimedia messaging which gives the user a choice of messaging using either text or pictures to communicate with other compatible users.
